Why work outdoors and in nature?

You should sit in nature for at least 20 minutes a day ….. unless you’re busy. Then you should sit for an hour.
— - Zen saying

There’s no better time to work outdoors.  And there’s no better time for children to have frequent opportunities to access green spaces and play outside in nature.

Spending time in nature has significant benefits for everyone’s health and well-being.
